Terms

License

The deptho library is open source under the Apache License 2.0. Deptho Pro is licensed per person (Pro Individual) or per seat (Pro Team) for the period you've paid for. A license key is personal to the licensee and may not be shared.

How the license is checked

License keys are verified on your machine against a public key built into the package. Neither package contacts our servers. Keys carry an expiry date: the end of the paid period plus 7 days.

Refunds

• Yearly plans: a full refund on request within 14 days of the purchase or renewal date.
• Monthly plans: no refunds. Cancel any time from the billing portal; your license continues through the end of the period you've paid for.
• When a payment is refunded, the license for it ends. Access to the package download index stops straight away, and you agree to stop using Deptho Pro.

Your data

Deptho runs on your machine. We don't receive your data, strategies or usage. Market data you download with Deptho comes directly from the exchange's public archive, under that exchange's terms.

No warranty, not advice

Deptho is provided as is. Backtests and execution replays are estimates: the default replay fills against recorded trade prints and does not model order-book depth or queue position. Nothing here is investment advice.
